The SportsFlex rubberised sports flooring system is specifically designed and engineered for indoor and outdoor sports applications. It is a high performance and multi-purpose sports flooring system that is ideal for futsal pitches, tennis, basketball, badminton, volleyball, multi-purpose and street courts. Schools, clubs, universities and all other facilities and arenas can benefit from the use of SportsFlex, which is a non-abrasive and highly recognized sports flooring system. The SportsFlex rubberised sports flooring consists of a consistent rubber base mat that is customizable for thickness. This rubber base mat is bonded to the floor using the proprietary SportsFlex PU adhesive. A high performance Sealer Coat is then applied evenly top of the rubber base mat. Next a layer of Seamless PU combined with a Coloured Final Coat is applied. This ensures optimum playability, durability and consistency. Point loads are distributed evenly over a larger area thus minimizing injuries and abrasions.

AlphaTurf utilises the super tough, Thiolon yarn as its main fibre. The Thiolon yarn is considered one of the worlds’ best synthetic turf fibre. The PolyEthylene (PE) based Thiolon fibres can withstand extreme climatic conditions (sun/UV, rain, hail, heat, cold, snow & ice) and very intensive wear and use. It also has a very low slide resistance (reducing risk of friction burn - similar if not less abrasive than natural grass), has incredibly durable tensile strength (5000 hours of abrasive/rubbing testing by Labosport using "Lisport" machines reduced Thiolon tensile strength by ONLY 5%), superior UV performance and is FREE from heavy metals. Thiolon also has far lower heat absorption properties than low quality PolyPropylene (PP) based synthetic grasses. Meaning, a more condusive field, to create the optimal gameplay. AlphaTurf is ideal for indoor and outdoor futsal pitches, full sized outdoor soccer and hockey pitches. Customers also have a choice of single tone or 2 tone pitches. Thiolon is a synthetic fibre used on FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association) APPROVED sporting fields worldwide. This is further proof of the durability and reputation that Sports Tech Pro has in the global synthetic grass market.
